Each of our Transformation Challenges are put together with the intention of helping people transform their health in the spirit of cooperation, camaraderie and friendship. Accepting the Challenge can benefit you by adding the motivating element of positive pressure—of setting out on a mission to achieve something important within a specific period of time. In this case, the deadline to finish is exactly 12 weeks after you begin. The Challenge starts June 3, 2013 and the last day to begin this challenge is July 15th.
This is a 12-week Challenge. That means everyone must be finished and take their after photos no later than October 7, 2013 . Each participant needs to send their before and after photos along with a 500-word narrative to: Transformation Challenge, 221 Corporate Circle, Suite K, Golden, CO 80401. The deadline for doing that is October 15, 2013.

Now, finally for the first time since I wrote my last issues of Muscle Media magazine over a decade ago, I’m back at work as a full time writer through Bill Phillips Fitness News. I’m more passionate than ever about helping people get stronger, leaner, happier and healthier than they’ve ever been before. This is because I personally have never been more fired up about building my own health and fitness — I’m bound and determined to show that age is just a number (for me it’s 48 right now). With an intelligent, healthy style of living, we can all enjoy youthful energy, strong bodies, a positive mindset and a bright future.
