To transform your body and life, you have to want to change more than you want to stay the same.

One of the interesting contradictions of life is that we want to change, and yet at some level, we want to stay the same. But you can’t do both. Clearly, you can’t be a before photo and an after photo at the same time. Every single success story I have seen is created by the person wanting to change more than they wanted to stay the same. Sometimes people were absolutely at the end of their ropes — their health failing, their relationships suffering, their lives falling apart. Other times, people wanted to change because they knew that their lives could be even better.

Inspiration or desperation — whatever your reasons are for wanting to change, please don’t lose sight of them! If at some point during the 12 weeks you think of quitting, carefully read the reasons why you began… that can keep you going strong!

Each of our Transformation Challenges are put together with the intention of helping people transform their health in the spirit of co-operation, camaraderie and friendship. Accepting the Challenge can benefit you adding the motivating element of positive pressure — of setting out on a mission to achieve something important within a specific period of time. In this case, the deadline to finish is exactly 12-weeks after you begin. The Challenge starts June 3, 2013 and the last day to begin this Challenge is July 15, 2013.

This is a 12-week Challenge. That means that everyone must be finished and take their after photos no later than October 7, 2013. Each participant needs to send their before and after photos along with a 500 word narrative to: Transformation Challenge, 221 Corporate Circle, Suite K, Golden, Colorado, 80401. The deadline for doing that is October 15, 2013.

Harness Your Abilities to Transform

What I’ve noticed is that when someone has a personal health scare or reaches a moral rock bottom, their willingness and sense of urgency to commit themselves to the Transformation Challenge is high. Their compliance is strong. They workout hard and they say no to unhealthy foods all day long while saying YES to nourishing their bodies and minds with what will help them become stronger and healthier. Many of these people have a stunning before to after experience.

I’ve also noticed that a lot of people come to accept my Challenge to Change because they saw the positive results someone else achieved and a light switched on for them… I believe I can do this too! These folks are motivated and excited and they work hard throughout their 12-week program to earn great results too!
