    • Hi Jennifer,

      You will want to use 1 serving of STRONGEVITY Rx in the morning. You can mix it with water OR mix it into a vanilla Right Shake (Tastes like orange cream).

      GH10x you will want to use 1 serving (2 scoops) after your workout in water OR your right shake and 1 serving (2 scoops) about 30 minutes before bed.

      Most women use two right shakes per day. It makes a great morning breakfast and post-workout meal.
