I’m sending this quick note to invite you to join me for a motivating Body and Life Fitness Camp here at our Center in Colorado. This 3-day course is all about helping YOU get in the best shape of your life!

  1. I’m wondering if you could do more stories and info for the over 60 crowd? Since I’m there myself (geezer). There are very few articles and info on this group by you and others. I’ve done weight training all my adult life and don’t intend to quit as so many others have. Fitness is a lot different than in your 20’s, but I don’t feel much different.
    It’s easier to transform though when your younger, older means being more careful.
    Older fitness should I believe be devoid of drugs and questionable expensive injections, which I’ve been reading about (eugenics, etc,).
    I do heavier weights, not too heavy though. Your not that far off yourself as time flies, so what do you know?
