  2. Oh, Swamy of the Svelt! What time of day do you prefer to do weight lifting? And what should be eaten and when prior to a workout? (Did you know…Swamy is a Hindu title of honor. It is derived from Sanskrit and means “He who knows and is the master of himself”) Oh yeah!!

  3. I am so excited to try this! Serious question – how do you do this regime while training for something else (in my case several 10 k races) without overtraining?
